In this article we would like to inform you about the details about orders and shipments for the period from the second half of November 2021 till January 2022.
Due to current and increasing delays in notable number of shipments to almost all destinations and also due to the expectations of our shipping partners that delivery times are very likely to extend, we are taking the following measures for orders in our online store for the end of this year.
Restrictions on orders are the result of careful consideration of all aspects of these days, including not only shipping times and current product availability, but especially the fact that we want to do our best to ensure that none of our shipments is delivered after the Christmas time and also to reserve time period for deliveries of any potentionally damaged packages.
Member States of the European Union
The last day for receiving orders to EU countries is set on Wednesday 1.12.2021.
For shipments with expected delivery by Christmas, it is assumed that the order is paid by 3.12.2021 in the case of order containing products upon order or by 6.12.2021 in the case of orders containing only on stock items.
EEA countries (non-EU countries)
The last day for receiving orders to EEA countries is set on Friday, November 26, 2021.
For shipments with expected delivery by Christmas, it is assumed that the order is paid by 1.12.2021 in the case of order containing products upon order or by 3.12.2021 in the case of orders containing only on stock items.
Countries outside EU/EEA
The last day for receiving orders to countries outside the EU and EEA is set on Monday, November 22, 2021.
For shipments with expected delivery by Christmas, it is assumed that the order is paid by 29.11.2021 in the case of order containing products upon order or by 2.12.2021 in the case of orders containing only on stock items.
Last minute express shipments
Orders for the year 2021 after dates and outside conditions above are in exceptional cases possible on individual bases, for such order contact us by email or by the contact form.
The above restrictions apply for both wholesale and retail orders.
Wholesale pallet orders are not possible from 1.12.2021 till 5.1.2022.
