Assisted orders
Are orders that cannot be placed directly through the store's web interface due to their size, value, or recipient country. If you are interested in making an assisted order, do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form or by email.
Additional information
All shipments are duly declared.
Customs declaration is included in the price of freight.
All payments, transactions, and prices are in EUR only. Conversion is not possible.
Payments for orders outside the EU can be made by SEPA or SWIFT bank transfer.
The origin of the offered products is from the European Union, unless stated otherwise.
The prices of the products are VAT included. Any "Tax refund" is made by the customer on his own.
Any additional customs fees or other fees related to the order import shall be paid by the customer.
